Using yoga technique—postures, light movement, breath, and meditation—as well as selected poetry writing exercises, we will find common ground between yoga and poetry, experiencing how they both inspire and inform one another. No experience in either yoga or poetry is required to participate, though registration is required. Pens, paper, and Yoetry booklets will be provided. Bring a yoga mat, large towel, or blanket for the yoga (chairs provided otherwise). If you wish, bring your favorite writing instruments.
