Please join Spice Kitchen + Bar’s Ben Bebenroth, Chef/Founder/Farmer for an authentic farm to table experience. This seasonally-focused cooking demonstration will spotlight produce from Spice Acres, our farm in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and small family farms across the region. Chef Ben will discuss the importance of growing sustainably, buying locally, and teach attendees how to cook and enjoy the bounty of Northeast Ohio. Learn how to coordinate your kitchen with the seasonal offerings at your local farmer's market and prepare creative meals. Samples and recipes will also be shared.
